While on set, i made sure to follow all guidance to prevent any injury or damage. For example, on the risk assessment i acknowledged the risk of tripping over wires that may lay around. I took action to ensure all wires were hidden away and made sure all microphones were wireless. Also, any wires that were present I highlighted with bright tape so it was easily visible. Another risk I identified was the possibility of damaged equipment. I made sure that each camera was secured to the tripod to avoid damages and I ensured to check each camera was attatched in between shots. Finally, I made sure that any small props were handled properly and safely as I wanted t make sure there were no choking hazards. I made sure these steps were carried out to make sure production was a safe filming environment.
